Guidelines on COVID-19 measures

Countermeasures against COVID-19 at the congress and request for cooperation of all participants.

（This information is provided in reference to guidelines on infection prevention measures during events held in Fukuoka Prefecture）

Note that current policies are subject to change depending on the situation.

• 1. Please wear the masks correctly when you are inside the buildings.
• 2. Wash your hands thoroughly and disinfect your hands frequently.
• 3. Constant air ventilation will be maintained by ventilation or by opening windows.
• 4. We will make every effort to keep physical distance between participants at the event site. We ask for the cooperation of all participants.
• 5. Infection prevention measures while eating and drinking
  We ask you to wear a mask when not eating or drinking, and to refrain from talking when not wearing your mask.

1. Reception Counter

Reception

• All congress participants are required to complete their registration procedures (except for programs designed for public participation).
• If you have pre-registered, please be sure to sign in at Reception Counter (Registrants from overseas), receive your pass card and complete the registration procedures by scanning the QR code on the tablet set at reception.
• Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a proceedings and other materials, so please make sure to come to the reception counter well in advance.
• Please, keep your pass card at all times during the congress.
• If you wish to register for the congress on-site, please fill out the "On-site Registration Form" set on the reception counter in front of the General Information Desk and complete the registration fee payment as shown below.
• Once the payment has been completed, please pick up your pass card, a book of proceedings and other materials at the reception counter
• Registration fee (including a proceedings)
• No cash accepted, credit cards only.

2. Welcome Party

• Anyone who has registered for the congress is welcome to attend.
• Please note that food and beverages will be served on stand up style.

3. FAVA Gala Dinner

• Pre-registration is required (on-site registration is not available).
• Please, make sure to come to the venue earlier as your pre-registered reservation will be confirmed.

4. Lunch Seminars

1） Date ＆ Venue

• Anyone who has registered for the congress is welcome to attend.
• There are no ticketing for lunch seminars. Please, come directly to the venue of your choice.

5. Exhibition

1） Date ＆ Venue

• Anyone who has registered for the congress is welcome.
• Fukuoka Prefecture's local specialty products will be on display (including for sale) during the exhibition.

6. About the Cloakroom

7. About proceedings

• The PDF version of the proceedings will available for viewing on the official website of FAVA congress (https://fava2022.com/).
• A password is required to view the proceedings (password will be notified separately).。

8. Others

• Recording, videotaping, photography, etc. during lectures are strictly prohibited.
• Wi-Fi connection service will be provided at the congress. Instructions for connection will be provided. (This does not guarantee connection at all venues or areas. Some services may not be available.)
